Hawle coupling Syno2000 7975 DN300/315 mm

With the Syno2000, Hawle combines the advantages of the Synoflex series and the innovative features of the System 2000 series. Hawle's Synoflex technology addresses dimensional and compatibility issues of non- dedicated pipes, allowing various pipe materials to be easily connected. At the same time, the other side of the coupling uses the System 2000 system, allowing plastic pipes to be assembled and disassembled effortlessly and safely. This makes the Syno2000 perfect for creating transitions between different pipe systems.

Application

The Synoflex connection is suitable for PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC pipe materials (AC restraint is not guaranteed), in accordance with EN 14525. PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) can be connected to the System 2000 side. The Syno2000 coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. One connection of this coupling is a DN 300 Synoflex connection and has a size range of minimum 313 mm to maximum 356 mm on one side. The other connection of this coupling is a dedicated System 2000 connection of 315 mm. In addition, this coupling has a gasket made of EPDM on both sides and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN16.

Product Features

To prevent abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion, Syno2000 couplings are made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Syno2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. Furthermore, the Syno2000 coupling allows angular deflection up to a maximum of 4° on the Synoflex side over the entire size range.
