Viking Johnson flange adapter UltraGrip DN350 352,2-396,0 mm

Viking Johnson's UltraGrip Series is designed to provide a solution for joining non-dedicated pipes made of different materials. It features a gripping mechanism that provides maximum grip around the entire pipe circumference, resisting axial loading. As the internal pressure in the pipe increases, the gripping mechanism's ability to hold the end load increases. Additionally, the grippers are removable, allowing UltraGrip to be converted into a flexible, non-restraint product that allows for axial movement.

Application

The UltraGrip flange adapter can be connected to various pipe materials, such as steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron, and AC, in accordance with EN 14525 (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 350 flange on one side and has a restraint, wide range connection of DN 350 on the other side. The size range of this connection is minimum 352,2 mm to maximum 396 mm. In addition, this flange adapter has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with a rilsan nylon 11 coating, the UltraGrip flange adapter offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. In addition, pipes can be completely sealed by the specially profiled gasket, even when they are damaged or affected by corrosion. For the UltraGrip side, a support liner is recommended when used on a PE pipe. Furthermore, it is possible to absorb an angular deflection of up to 4° over the entire size range of the entire UltraGrip couplings.
