DENSO filling mass SEALID® All-in-1 Mastic B 1 kg

To prevent corrosion on pipelines, DENSO's anti-corrosion tapes can be used, but before applying them, DENSO's filler compounds can be applied to fill voids and uneven surfaces. As a filler, SEALID® Mastic can be used in combination with SEALID® All-In-1 Tape for a variety of purposes, such as sealing cable outlets from field-joint coatings, filling chamfers in T-pieces, or smoothing transitions between steel surfaces and factory coatings. In combination with SEALID®-Tape, the filler has a self-amalgating effect, which ensures full surface coverage. This guarantees permanent corrosion prevention. SEALID® Mastic and Tape meet the requirements of ISO 21809-3 and EN 12068.

Product Features

There are two versions of this filler available. SEALID®-Mastic B is a bar version of 1 kilogram and is ideal for filling larger cavities, for example on flanges. Furthermore, thanks to DENSO's continued commitment to innovation and sustainability, the SEALID® system is H2-ready, making it perfect for the future transition to hydrogen energy.

Processing

SEALID® Mastic can be applied and shaped by hand to smooth the uneven surface. SEALIDⓇ-All-in-1 Mastic B has an operating temperature up to 70 °C. Furthermore, processing is efficient and simple because a primer and preheating are not required. This saves time and costs and significantly reduces risks.
