DENSO isolation tape DENSIT®-K10 30 mm

DENSO has developed various DENSIT® tapes specifically for insulation and sealing. The tapes offer protection against the ingress of air and water. In addition, the tapes create high-quality connections between prefabricated components, making them an indispensable part of any construction or building project.

DENSIT®-FK and -K are particularly suitable as an intermediate layer between metal surfaces, but also between construction parts made of other materials. These tapes are therefore also suitable for insulation in wagons and containers. In addition, they can be used to protect ventilation and cooling systems against corrosion, but also to seal connections in ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems.

Due to their high electrical resistance and operating temperature range of -50°C to +80 °C, DENSIT®-FK and -K are particularly effective in providing galvanic isolation between metals. DENSIT®-K is a self-adhesive tape made of flexible butyl rubber. Unlike DENSIT® -FK, DENSIT® -K has an adhesive layer on both sides. Thanks to its double-sided adhesive strength, DENSIT®-K is particularly suitable for applications between metal parts. This tape has a width of 30 mm, a thickness of 1 mm and a roll length of 8 m.
