Viking Johnson coupling AquaFast DN200 PE/PVC

The AquaFast series from Viking Johnson is designed to easily connect PE and PVC pipes. Simply slide the pipe into place and tighten the coupling. The strong grip mechanism ensures that the pipes remain in place during installation and always remain aligned. This makes it easier than ever to replace and repair plastic pipes.

Application

PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201) are both compatible with AquaFast couplings. The AquaFast coupling is restraint and is suitable for connecting pipes with a fixed size range. This coupling has a connection of 200 mm on both sides. The gasket of this coupling is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

The AquaFast coupling is designed to meet the performance requirements of specific standards such as WIS 4-24-01 Type 2 and ISO 14236-2. The system uses a patented design with gaskets and metal parts that provide three-way pressure-responsive sealing, ensuring high-performance sealing even after pipe wall relaxation. The AquaFast coupling is made of ductile iron with an rilsan nylon 11 coating. This makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion over a long period of time. In addition, the AquaFast coupling is suitable for angular deflection up to 3° (2x 1,5°) over the entire size range of the coupling.
