The 3S AIG XS is a portable, lightweight valve operator designed for safe, efficient and controlled handling of valves up to 900 Nm. Powered by the 3S Battery Pack 600, it includes a foldable support frame and an intuitive 5” touchscreen interface for easy parameter setting and operation. Built for field conditions, the XS is ideal for both maintenance and diagnostic use.

The AIG XS monitors torque in real-time and logs rotation profiles, enabling users to assess the mechanical condition of valves. This makes it an exceptional tool for detecting early signs of wear, obstruction, or abnormal resistance – key for preventive maintenance strategies and asset management.
