The Aflex FaBLINE hose is a high-quality PTFE hose designed for applications where chemical resistance, flexibility, and optimal flow are essential. Thanks to the smooth PTFE inner lining, FaBLINE offers exceptionally low friction and thus a very efficient flow. Application of Aflex FaBLINE

The Aflex FaBLINE is widely used in process environments within the pharmaceutical industry, chemical sector, and the food and beverage industry.

The smooth inner wall makes the hose particularly suitable for media with high hygiene requirements or for products sensitive to deposits. The hose is easy to clean, resistant to frequent bending, and can be used for both pressure and vacuum applications. Design

The FaBLINE hose is available in inner diameters ranging from 6.35 mm (1/4") to 50.8 mm (2"). The outer jacket can be made in various variants, such as:

• polypropylene braid for low weight and high flexibility
• stainless steel braid for extra mechanical strength and pressure resistance
• hygienic covers for food and pharmaceutical environments
