The Aflex Bioflex Ultra is a high-quality flexible hose with a focus on safety, reliability and service life. This chemically inert suction and discharge hose is widely used in the process industry. Its smooth PTFE inner wall is resistant to almost all known chemicals and is also self-cleaning. The hose also has a higher flow rate than other types. A special feature is the flexibility obtained by the uniquely corrugated outside of the PTFE inner tube.
Due to the way of assembly, no glue or other sealant is used with this hose. This reduces the risk of contamination of the medium to be transported to zero.
Available in inner diameters from 9.5mm (3/8") to 80mm (3"). The outer cover is available in various versions depending on the application, including an anti-static and flame-retardant version. The hose can be fitted with flanges or other couplings such as thread, Triclover and Cam & Groove.
