Application Aflex Corroline

The Aflex Corroline+ is the mechanically strong brother of the Bioflex Ultra hose. This suction and discharge hose has been developed with the focus on safety and reliability in conditions where the hose has to withstand mechanical stress. This makes the hose kink-free and, to a certain point, even resistant to being run over by vehicles. The stainless steel braiding also makes the hose resistant to cutting and piercing with sharp objects.

The unique corrugated PTFE inner tube gives this hose its unique flexibility.

Range

Available in inner diameters from 13mm (1/2") to 80mm (3"). The outer jacket is available in various versions depending on the application, including an anti-static and flame-retardant version. The hose is assembled with flanges or other couplings such as thread, Triclover and Cam & Groove.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
