Product Features

This butterfly valve has a housing of ductile iron and a duplex 2205 disc and a spindle of duplex F51. The butterfly valve is equipped with a vulcanized seat of EPDM. Furthermore, the butterfly valve has a DN 100 Lug-type connection with a flange connection according to EN1092 PN10/16. Lug-type butterfly valves are always provided with threaded holes so that they can be used both as end shut-off valves or between flanges.

The butterfly valve has an installation length of 52 mm according to EN 558-1 serie 64. For the drive, the butterfly valve is equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211 F07. The flange has a bolt circle of ø70 mm and 4 x ø10 mm bolt holes. The spindle head has a size of 12 mm. The W64 butterfly valve is interchangeable with Wouter Witzel butterfly valves. This butterfly valve is not equipped with an actuator. Different actuators can be used on request.

Application

The epoxy coated housing ensures long lifetime and chemical resistance. This butterfly valve also has a centrally positioned disc, making it light and compact. This makes the butterfly valve suitable for drinking water up to PN 16. This butterfly valve is KIWA approved.
