Product Features

This butterfly valve has a housing of ductile iron and a duplex 2205 disc and a spindle of duplex F51. The butterfly valve is equipped with a vulcanized seat of EPDM. Furthermore, the butterfly valve has a DN 900 Lug-type connection with a flange connection according to EN1092 PN10. Lug-type butterfly valves are always provided with threaded holes so that they can be used both as end shut-off valves or between flanges.

The butterfly valve has an installation length of 203 mm according to EN 558-1 serie 64. For the drive, the butterfly valve is equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211 F25. The flange has a bolt circle of ø254 mm and 8 x ø18 mm bolt holes. The spindle head has a size of 60 mm. The W64 butterfly valve is interchangeable with Wouter Witzel butterfly valves. This butterfly valve is not equipped with an actuator. Different actuators can be used on request.

Application

The epoxy coated housing ensures long lifetime and chemical resistance. In addition, the butterfly valve is equipped with a disc that is centrally positioned, which ensures a light and compact design. This makes the butterfly valve suitable for drinking water up to PN 10. This butterfly valve is KIWA approved.
