Product Features

This butterfly valve has a housing of ductile iron and a duplex 2205 disc and a spindle of duplex F51. The butterfly valve is equipped with a vulcanized seat of EPDM. Furthermore, the butterfly valve has a DN 1200 Wafer type connection with centering holes for flanges from PN6 to PN25 according to EN 1092-1.

The butterfly valve has an installation length of 254 mm according to EN 558-1 serie 20. For the drive, the butterfly valve is equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211 F30. The flange has a bolt circle of ø298 mm and 8 x ø22 mm bolt holes. The spindle head has a size of 75 mm. The W57 butterfly valve is interchangeable with Wouter Witzel butterfly valves. This butterfly valve is not equipped with an actuator. Different actuators can be used on request.

Application

The epoxy coated housing ensures long lifetime and chemical resistance. In addition, the butterfly valve is equipped with a disc that is centrally positioned, which ensures a light and compact design. This makes the butterfly valve suitable for drinking water up to PN 10. This butterfly valve is KIWA approved.
