Application

The Danchem PG HD (Heavy Duty) is a reliable composite hose, specially developed for the safe loading and unloading of chemicals. With its plastic coated steel inner helix and galvanized steel outer helix, this heavy duty hose is suitable for heavy-duty applications. For example in situations where a hose has to endure a lot, such as loading and unloading hose between ship and shore.

Available in inner diameter 100mm (4") to 250mm (4").
With polypropylene caoted steel inner helix and galvanized steel outer helix.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
