Application

The Danchem SG HD (Heavy Duty) is a reliable composite hose, specially developed for the safe loading and unloading of (heavy) chemicals. With its stainless steel inner helix and galvanized steel outer helix, this heavy duty hose is suitable for applications in harsh environments. For example in situations where a hose endures mechancial stress, such as unloading between ship and shore. The galvanized steel outer helix has limited chemical resistance.

Available in inner diameter 100mm (4") to 250mm (4").
With stainless steel inner helix and galvanized steel outer helix.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
