Dantec composite hose Danflon SS Heavy Duty

Application

The Danflon SS HD is a very reliable composite hose for the safe loading and unloading of heavy chemicals and aggressive and corrosive agents such as acids and alkalis. The inner lining of the hose is made of ECTFE (ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene), which has many of the same properties as PTFE. ECTFE is resistant to almost all chemicals and is a good alternative for hoses where hoses with a PE inner lining cannot be deployed. This heavy-duty version is often used in situations where the hose is subject to an extra heavy mechanical loads, for example from ship to onshore storage or from tanker to storage at an end user. The stainless steel outer coil makes this hose highly resistant to corrosion and weather influences.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
