Application

The Danflon VR SS has been specially developed as a composite vapour return hose for gases and vapours of corrosive agents. The extaction of vapours iis required when loading and unloading these types of chemicals. It not only prevents unsafe or unhealthy situations, but also prevents odour nuisance for the environment. The inner lining of the hose is made of ECTFE (ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene), with many of the same properties as PTFE. ECTFE is resistant to almost all chemicals and is a good alternative for hoses where hoses with a PE inner lining are not suitable for use. With its stainless steel outer helix, this composite hose is resistant to corrosion and weather influences.

Available in inner diameter 50mm (2") up to and including 250mm (10").
With stainless steel inner helix and stainless steel outer helix.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
