DENSO anti-corrosion tape SEALID® All-in-1 100 mm

For wrapping pipelines during renovation work, protecting welds during new home construction or securing components with complex shapes, SEALID® All-in-1 Tape offers the ideal solution. The ISO 21809-3 standard can be met with a single wrapping process (50% overlap) at operating temperatures up to 70°C. In addition, the requirements of EN 12068 and DIN 30672 for class C50 are also met with just one wrapping process (67% overlap). The tape is compatible with PE, PP, FBE, PU and bitumen factory coatings.

Through multi-layer co-extrusion, the SEALID® coating fuses with the adhesive layer when the tape is applied, creating a closed, protective hose that is exceptionally resistant to water and oxygen. In addition, the tape is also resistant to soil bacteria and soil electrolytes and has excellent surface wetting characteristics. Furthermore, the tape is known for its exceptional peel and lap shear strength and minimal cathodic disbondment. The width of the tape is 100 mm, the thickness is 1,3 mm and the roll length is 10 m.
