DENSO filling mass DEKOTEC®-DI Mastic 30x30 mm

To prevent corrosion on pipelines, DENSO's anti-corrosion tapes can be used, but before applying them, DENSO's filler compounds can be applied to fill voids and uneven surfaces. DEKOTEC®-DI Mastic is used in combination with the DEKOTEC®-MTS55 DI heat-shrinkable sleeve. This filling compound protects existing sealings and balances out the sleeve bell protrusion. In combination with DEKOTEC®-MTS55 DI, this system offers excellent protection against corrosion and root penetration in sleeve joints. Together, they meet the requirements of ISO 21809-3 (Type 14A-1), EN 12068 (C50) and DIN 30672 (C50). Furthermore, thanks to DENSO's continuous commitment to innovation and sustainability, the DEKOTEC® system is H2-ready, making it perfect for the future transition to hydrogen energy.

Processing

This filling compound is made of self-adhesive material and has a triangular profile in a strand shape, which allows for quick and easy processing. The strand has a length of 4.67 meters and a profile of 30 mm. The sales unit is a box of 14 metres (3 strings). In addition, no primer or preheating is required, resulting in significant time and cost savings and risk reduction.
