DENSO filling mass DENSO®-PF Mastic 12 liter

Uneven surfaces on pipeline components can be filled using DENSO fillers. An anti-corrosion tape can then be applied to provide excellent corrosion protection. DENSO®-PF Mastic, a hydrophobic petrolatum-based filler with styrofoam balls, is easier to apply at low temperatures than traditional fillers. In addition, its excellent formability makes it easy to fill cavities.

Processing

DENSOⓇ-PF Mastic can be applied and shaped by hand or with a palette knife to smooth the uneven surface. The filler is compatible with all DENSO® petrolatum tapes and has a self-amalgamating effect with the tapes, thus achieving a complete cover of the surface. DENSOⓇ-PF Mastic has an operating temperature up to 50 °C. In addition, no primer or preheating is required, resulting in significant time and cost savings and risk reduction. This product is supplied in a 12 liter volume.
