DENSO isolation tape DENSIT®-FK20 100 mm

DENSIT® tapes are developed by DENSO specifically for insulation and sealing. In addition to providing protection against air and water ingress, the tapes create high-quality connections between prefabricated components, making them indispensable for any building or construction project.

Densit®-FK and -K are suitable as an intermediate layer between metal surfaces of the same type or different types, but also between construction parts of other materials. This allows these tapes to serve as insulation for wagons and containers. In addition to corrosion prevention for ventilation systems and cooling systems, they can also be used for sealing joints in ventilation, climate control and electrical applications.

DENSIT®-FK and -K are distinguished in particular by their ability to provide galvanic isolation between different metals. This is due to a high electrical resistance and an operating temperature range of -50 to +80 °C. DENSIT® -FK tapes consist of a laminated thin polyethylene film. In contrast to DENSIT® -K, DENSIT® -FK only has one adhesive layer and is therefore ideal for use on free surfaces. This tape has a width of 100 mm, a thickness of 2 mm and a roll length of 5 m.
