DENSO isolation tape DENSIT®-K20 50 mm

DENSIT® tapes are developed by DENSO specifically for insulation and sealing. In addition to providing protection against air and water ingress, the tapes create high-quality connections between prefabricated components, making them indispensable for any building or construction project.

DENSIT®-FK and -K are particularly suitable as an intermediate layer between metal surfaces of the same or different types, as well as between construction components made of other materials. This allows these tapes to be used for insulation in the construction of wagons and containers. In addition, they can be used for corrosion protection of ventilation and cooling systems, as well as for sealing joints in ventilation, air conditioning and electrical technology applications.

Due to a high electrical resistance and an operating temperature range of -50 to +80 °C, DENSIT®-FK and -K are particularly effective for galvanic isolation between different metals. DENSIT®-K is a self-adhesive tape made of flexible butyl rubber. Unlike DENSIT® -FK, DENSIT® -K has an adhesive layer on both sides. Thanks to its double-sided adhesive strength, DENSIT®-K is particularly suitable for applications between metal parts. This tape has a width of 50 mm, a thickness of 2 mm and a roll length of 4 m.
