Hawle bend 30° Systeem 2000 8555 DN080/90 mm

The Hawle 8555 bend 30° is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing plastic pipe networks. Using a lip seal ring, the System 2000 coupling makes it easy to insert the pipe. The mechanical connection eliminates the need for welding and makes the pipes easy and safe to install and dismantle.

Application

System 2000 couplings are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The Systeem 2000 coupling is restraint and is suitable for connecting dedicated pipes. This coupling has a connection of 90 mm on both sides. This bend has an angle of 30°. With a gasket of EPDM, the coupling is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
