Hawle bend 30° Systeem 2000 8555 DN200/200 mm f

The Hawle 8555 bend 30° is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing plastic pipe networks. Using a lip seal ring, the System 2000 coupling makes it easy to insert the pipe. The mechanical connection eliminates the need for welding and makes the pipes easy and safe to install and dismantle.

Application

The System 2000 coupling is suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The Systeem 2000 coupling is restraint and is suitable for connecting dedicated pipes. This coupling has a connection of 200 mm on both sides. This bend has an angle of 30°. In addition, this coupling has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

To prevent abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion, Systeem 2000 couplings are made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. The unique design of the grip ring distributes pressure evenly across the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe compared to other fittings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
