Hawle bend 90° Systeem 2000 8535 DN080/90 mm

The Hawle 8535 bend 90° is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing plastic pipe networks. Using a lip seal ring, the System 2000 coupling makes it easy to insert the pipe. The mechanical connection eliminates the need for welding and makes the pipes easy and safe to install and dismantle.

Application

According to EN 12201, DIN 8074 and EN ISO 1452-2, the System 2000 coupling is suitable for both PE80/100 pipes and PVC pipes. The Systeem 2000 coupling is restraint and is suitable for connecting dedicated pipes. This coupling has a connection of 90 mm on both sides. This bend has an angle of 90°. In addition, this coupling is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16 due to the gasket of EPDM.

Product Features

This coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, making the Systeem 2000 coupling highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. The unique design of the grip ring distributes pressure evenly across the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe compared to other fittings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
