Hawle bend 90° Systeem 2000 8535 DN100/110 mm

The Hawle 8535 bend 90° is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specifically designed for carrying out repairs or expanding existing networks using plastic pipes. The lip seal ring in the System 2000 coupling makes it easy to insert the PE or PVC pipe into the connection. This mechanical connection eliminates the need for welding and makes the assembly and disassembly of the pipes both simple and safe.

Application

According to EN 12201, DIN 8074 and EN ISO 1452-2, the System 2000 coupling is suitable for both PE80/100 pipes and PVC pipes. The Systeem 2000 coupling is restraint and is suitable for connecting dedicated pipes. This coupling has a connection of 110 mm on both sides. This bend has an angle of 90°. With a gasket of EPDM, the coupling is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with an epoxy powder coating, the Systeem 2000 coupling offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. The unique design of the grip ring distributes pressure evenly across the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe compared to other fittings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
