Hawle coupling Syno2000 7975 DN080/090 mm

With the Syno2000, Hawle combines the advantages of the Synoflex series with the innovative features of the System 2000 series. The Synoflex technology addresses dimensional and compatibility issues associated with non-dedicated pipes, allowing different pipe materials to be easily connected. The other side of the coupling is equipped with the System 2000 system, allowing easy and safe installation of plastic pipes simultaneously. This makes the Syno2000 perfect for the transition between different pipe systems.

Application

The Synoflex connection is suitable for PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC pipe materials (AC restraint is not guaranteed), in accordance with EN 14525. PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) can be connected to the System 2000 side. The Syno2000 coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. One connection of this coupling is a DN 80 Synoflex connection and has a size range of minimum 85 mm to maximum 105 mm on one side. The other connection of this coupling is a dedicated System 2000 connection of 90 mm. In addition, this coupling has a gasket made of EPDM on both sides and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN16.

Product Features

The Syno2000 coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, making the coupling resistant to abrasion or damage from corrosion or chemicals. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Syno2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. Furthermore, it is possible to accommodate angular deflection up to 4° on the Synoflex side over the entire size range of Syno2000 couplings.
