Hawle coupling Syno2000 7975 DN250/250 mm

With the Syno2000, Hawle combines the advantages of the Synoflex series with the innovative features of the System 2000 series. The Synoflex technology addresses dimensional and compatibility issues associated with non-dedicated pipes, allowing different pipe materials to be easily connected. The other side of the coupling is equipped with the System 2000 system, allowing easy and safe installation of plastic pipes simultaneously. This makes the Syno2000 perfect for the transition between different pipe systems.

Application

The side with the Synoflex connection is suitable for various pipe materials such as PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC in accordance with EN 14525. (AC restraint is not guaranteed.) PVC pipes in accordance with EN ISO 1452-2 or PE80/100 pipes in accordance with 12201, DIN 8074 can be connected to the System 2000 side. The Syno2000 coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. One connection of this coupling is a DN 250 Synoflex connection and has a size range of minimum 265 mm to maximum 310 mm on one side. The other connection of this coupling is a dedicated System 2000 connection of 250 mm. The gasket of this coupling is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN16.

Product Features

This coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, which makes the Syno2000 coupling highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. The unique design of the grip ring distributes pressure evenly across the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe compared to other fittings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Syno2000 couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. Furthermore, the Syno2000 coupling allows angular deflection up to a maximum of 4° on the Synoflex side over the entire size range.
