Hawle coupling Synoflex 7974 DN040 46/58 mm

Due to dimensional issues and coupling compatibility, connecting non-dedicated pipes such as cast iron and AC can be challenging. Application

The Synoflex coupling can be used on a wide range of pipe materials, including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint is not guaranteed), in accordance with EN 14525. The Synoflex coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. The connection of this coupling is DN 40 and has a size range from minimum 46 mm to maximum 58 mm on both sides. The gasket of this coupling is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN16.

Product Features

This coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, which makes the Synoflex coupling highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Synoflex couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. Furthermore, the Synoflex coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to 8° (2x 4°) over the entire coupling size range.
