Hawle coupling Synoflex 7974 DN125 131/160 mm

Due to dimensional and compatibility issues with couplings, connecting non-dedicated pipes, such as cast iron and AC, can be challenging. Application

In accordance with EN 14525, Synoflex couplings can be used with a variety of pipe materials including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The Synoflex coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. The connection of this coupling is DN 125 and has a size range from minimum 131 mm to maximum 160 mm on both sides. This coupling is equipped with a EPDM gasket on both sides, making it suitable for drinking water up to PN16.

Product Features

This coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, which makes the Synoflex coupling highly resistant to abrasion and damage from chemicals or corrosion. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Synoflex couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. In addition, the Synoflex coupling is suitable for angular deflection up to 8° (2x 4°) over the entire size range of the coupling.
