Hawle coupling Synoflex 7974 DN350 352/396 mm PN10

Due to dimensional issues and coupling compatibility, connecting non-dedicated pipes such as cast iron and AC can be challenging. Application

In accordance with EN 14525, Synoflex couplings are compatible with a variety of pipe materials including steel, PE, PVC, cast iron and AC (AC restraint cannot be guaranteed). The Synoflex coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. The connection of this coupling is DN 350 and has a size range from minimum 352 mm to maximum 396 mm on both sides. The gasket of this coupling is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN10.

Product Features

Thanks to the ductile iron housing with an epoxy powder coating, the Synoflex coupling offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Synoflex couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. In addition, the Synoflex coupling is suitable for angular deflection up to 8° (2x 4°) over the entire size range of the coupling.
