Hawle coupling Synoflex 7974 DN600 602/640 mm

Due to dimensional issues and coupling compatibility, connecting non-dedicated pipes such as cast iron and AC can be challenging. Application

The Synoflex coupling can be used on a wide range of pipe materials, including steel, PE, PVC, steel, cast iron and AC (AC restraint is not guaranteed), in accordance with EN 14525. The Synoflex coupling is restraint and is designed to connect pipes with different outside diameters. The connection of this coupling is DN 600 and has a size range from minimum 602 mm to maximum 640 mm on both sides. In addition, this coupling is suitable for drinking water up to PN16 due to the gasket of EPDM on both sides.

Product Features

The Synoflex coupling is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion over a long period of time. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Synoflex couplings do not require support liners for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21. Synoflex couplings have an angle of deflection of 8° (2x 4°) over the entire size range of the coupling.
