Due to dimensional and compatibility issues with couplings, connecting non-dedicated pipes, such as cast iron and AC, can be challenging. The flange bore is according to wide range. This flange adapter is equipped with a gasket of EPDM making it suitable for drinking water up to PN16.
To prevent abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion, Synoflex flange adapters are made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. Furthermore, the Synoflex coupling can accommodate angular deflection up to a maximum of 4° over the entire size range of the flange adapter.
