Hawle flange adapter System 2000 0400 DN065-063 mm

The 0400 flange adapter from Hawle is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing networks using plastic pipes. A lip seal ring in the System 2000 flange adapter makes inserting the pipe very easy. Due to this mechanical connection, welding is also unnecessary, making installation and removal of the pipes both effortless and safe.

Application

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 65 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 63 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16 due to the gasket of EPDM.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is manufactured from ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the flange adapter resistant to long-term abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require a support liner for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
