Hawle flange adapter System 2000 0400 DN080-075 mm incl. kap

The 0400 flange adapter from Hawle is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing networks using plastic pipes. A lip seal ring in the System 2000 flange adapter makes inserting the pipe very easy. Due to this mechanical connection, welding is also unnecessary, making installation and removal of the pipes both effortless and safe.

Application

Systeem 2000 flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 80 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 75 mm on the other side. The gasket of this flange adapter is made of EPDM, making the coupling suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, which makes the coupling resistant to abrasion or damage from corrosion or chemicals. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require a support liner for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
