Hawle flange adapter System 2000 0400 DN100-110 mm incl. kap

The 0400 flange adapter from Hawle is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specifically designed for repairing or expanding existing networks using plastic pipes. Thanks to the use of a lip seal ring in the System 2000 flange adapter, it becomes effortless to insert the pipe into the connection. Thanks to this mechanical connection, welding is unnecessary and the assembly and disassembly of the pipes is both simple and safe.

Application

Systeem 2000 flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 110 mm on the other side. This flange adapter is equipped with a gasket of EPDM making it suitable for drinking water up to PN 16.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is manufactured from ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the flange adapter resistant to long-term abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion. The grip ring ensures that the pressure is evenly distributed over the pipe, resulting in minimal constriction on the pipe, a unique feature compared to other couplings on the market. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require a support liner for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
