Hawle flange adapter System 2000 0400 DN100-125 mm incl. kap

The 0400 flange adapter from Hawle is part of the System 2000 series, an innovative system specially designed for repairing or expanding existing plastic pipe networks. By using a lip seal ring, the System 2000 flange adapter makes it easy to insert the pipe. The mechanical connection eliminates the need for welding and makes it easy and safe to install and dismantle the pipes.

Application

Systeem 2000 flange adapters are suitable for PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201, DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10/16. This flange adapter has a DN 100 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 125 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16 due to the gasket of EPDM.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is manufactured from ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the flange adapter resistant to long-term abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require a support liner for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
