Hawle flange adapter System 2000 0400 DN300-355 mm PN10

The Hawle 0400 flange adapter is part of the System 2000 series, a system specifically designed for repairing or expanding plastic pipe networks. With the System 2000 flange adapter, the pipe is simply inserted into the connection using the lip seal ring. This mechanical connection eliminates welding and ensures that the pipes can be installed and removed easily and safely.

Application

PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2) and PE80/100 pipes (according to EN 12201) are both compatible with Systeem 2000 flange adapters. The flange bore is according to EN1092 PN10. This flange adapter has a DN 300 flange on one side and a restraint, dedicated connection of 355 mm on the other side. In addition, this flange adapter has EPDM sealing material and is therefore suitable for drinking water up to PN 10.

Product Features

The Systeem 2000 flange adapter is manufactured from ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating. This makes the flange adapter resistant to long-term abrasion or significant damage from chemicals or corrosion. Compared to other couplings on the market, the unique design of the grip ring ensures even pressure distribution over the pipe, resulting in the least constriction on the pipe. An additional advantage is that the Systeem 2000 couplings do not require a support liner for PE pipes with an SDR class of <21.
