Hawle offers the ideal solution with their HAKU tapping saddles to create a branch on existing PVC or PE pipes without the need to completely shut them off. The HAKU series is specially designed for use with PE pipes (according to EN 12201 and DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). These tapping saddles provide an efficient and safe connection, minimize disruptions and maintain the integrity of the existing pipe network.

Product Features

The type 5250 tapping saddle has an internal thread connection of 2" and is suitable for a PE or PVC pipe with a diameter of 200 mm. With a gasket of EPDM, it is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16. Thanks to the ductile iron housing with an epoxy powder coating, this tapping saddle offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals.
