The Hawle HAKU tapping saddles are perfect for making branches on existing PVC or PE pipes without completely shutting them off. The HAKU series is specially designed for use with PE pipes (according to EN 12201 and DIN 8074) and PVC pipes (according to EN ISO 1452-2). The tapping saddles provide safe and efficient connections, minimize interruptions and maintain the integrity of the pipe network.

Product Features

The type 5310 tapping saddle has an internal thread connection of 2" and is suitable for a PE or PVC pipe with a diameter of 160 mm. With a gasket of EPDM, it is suitable for drinking water up to PN 16. Thanks to the ductile iron housing with an epoxy powder coating, this tapping saddle offers long-term resistance to abrasion or damage caused by corrosion or chemicals.
