Application

Our Bitumenflex is the right hose for the safe and reliable loading and unloading of hot bituminous products, such as tar and asphalt. The hardwall synthetic rubber outer cover has excellent resistance to wear and the effects of oil products. In addition, this hose is highly resistant to aging.

Range

Available in inner diameter 102mm (4") standard roll length 60 meter, 152mm (6") and 203mm (8") standard roll length 12 meter.

• Temperature range: -15°C to +175°C
• Working pressure: 15 bar (225 psi)
• Burst pressure: 90 bar (1350 psi)

• EN 13482: 2001 Type 2 Class A.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
