IVG drinking water hose Potable LL rubber

Application

The Potable LL is an FDA approved rubber hose especially for the offshore transshipment of drinking water from supply vessel to oil rig. The IIR inner wall is of food quality. The EPDM outer wall is resistant to seawater.

Performance

Available in inner diameters of 51mm (2"), 76mm (3"), 102mm (4") and 127mm (5"). Standard roll length 60 meters.
Available on request in other inner diameters and other working pressures.

• Temperature range: -40 ° C to + 100 ° C
• Working pressure: 20 bar (300 psi)
• Burst pressure: 60 bar (900 psi)

Reg. EC 1935/04 and EC 2023/06. Phthalates free. PAHs free (acc. to ZEK 01.4-08 Cat. 1). Bisphenol A free. FDA tit.21 art.177.2600 aqueous foods. BfR XXI Cat.2 foods.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification

Our service does not end with the delivery of your hose. We also carry out inspections on hose assemblies in our own test center or on your company location. We repair hoses, test them and provide a test certificate.
