Application

The Chicago is a reliable flexible rubber water hose that can be used as a reel hose for fire fighting vehicles. The EPDM outer wall is wear-resistant and resistant to chemicals and extinguishing foam.

The hose can be provided with a luminous "Glow" coating so that it stands out in the dark. This makes the hose extra safe for band fighters during firefighting in dark places.

Range

Available in inner diameter 12mm (1/2 ") to 33mm (1.19 / 64"). Standard roll length 120 meters.

• Temperature range: -20°C to + 60°C.
• Working pressure: 40 bar (600 psi)
• Burst pressure: 120 bar (1800 psi)

Standards and Approvals

• EN 1947: 2014 type C, class 1, category 2.
• Also available in accordance with ASTM C-542 or BS 3169.

Inspection, repair, testing and certification
