Meca-Inox ball valve PS4 PI20/PR25 full bore 3/4" BSPP female

The Meca-Inox 3-piece ball valve series combine strength, reliability and exceptional flexibility for demanding industrial applications. Thanks to the 360° rotatable housing, installation is simple and fault-tolerant. The ball valve operates reliably under extreme temperatures from -196°C to +280°C (depending on the series) and ensures excellent sealing according to TA-Luft, PED and EN ISO 15848-2 standards, among others.

What makes this ball valve really unique is its complete modularity: all parts are interchangeable. As a result, there is always a suitable configuration available for every installation, retrofit or specific application, from the seats to the connectors. In addition, spare parts remain compatible with older models thanks to the long-term consistent design. This makes the system future-proof, maintenance-friendly and cost-efficient. With various material options and connection forms such as butt weld, socket weld, Tri-clamp, threaded and orbital weld, the Meca-Inox ball valve offers maximum design freedom for sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and process industries.

Product features

The PS4 3-piece two-way ball valve is the ideal entry-level model for a wide range of standard applications within the chemical, food industry, pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors.

Configuration:
This ball valve is made of 316L (CF3M) and is equipped with a PTFE seat (TFM 1600). The ball valve has a temperature range of at least -50 °C to a maximum of +190 °C and a pressure class of PN100. For operation, this ball valve is equipped with a lever with lock on a top flange according to ISO 5211. This makes it easily interchangeable with various drives, such as a handwheel, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Connection 2: 3/4" BSPP internal thread

• PED 97/23/EC: Complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive for safe application in pressurized systems.

• TA-Luft: Certified according to TA-Luft for minimal emission of volatile substances via spindle seals.
