Lightweight aluminium flatbed for Kia PV5 Chassis Cab

The ASPLe lightweight aluminium flatbed has been specially developed for the electric Kia PV5 Chassis Cab. Its lightweight, anodised aluminium construction combines low weight with a robust design and practical functionality. The flatbed is delivered fully assembled and is also available as an assembly kit upon request.

With an internal loading length of 2,455 mm and a width of 1,850 mm, the flatbed accommodates two Euro pallets positioned lengthwise.Thanks to its lightweight aluminium construction, the flatbed weighs only approximately 200 kg..The maximum payload capacity is approximately 800 kg, depending on the selected body configuration. The innovative T50 locking system provides a completely unobstructed loading area without fixed supports.

For safe transport, the flatbed features integrated Airline lashing profiles and six double lashing points for flexible load securing in accordance with DIN EN 12640. The stainless steel hinges feature integrated hooks for attaching a cargo net. An extendable and foldable rear step provides easy and safe access to the loading platform.

The recessed side marker and position lights remain visible even when the side panels are folded down, contributing to improved safety around the vehicle.

Optional extras

Depending on the application, the flatbed can be equipped with various options:

• Side protection panels: made of stainless steel with a matt black powder-coated finish for a a safe and clean, professional appearance.
• Transport rack: available as a front rack or as a combination of front and rear racks, ideal for transporting longer materials.

• Tarpaulin frame: with a roll-up PVC tarpaulin to protect cargo against weather conditions.
• LED work lighting: powerful 1,000-lumen lighting for excellent visibility of the loading area and surrounding workspace, both at close range and further away.
