Schuck welding sleeve SMU DN065 76.1 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeves enable reliable and durable connection between pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends and ensures a strong, leak-free and permanent connection after welding. This guarantees that the pipeline can withstand high pressure and loads.

Product Features

This SMU sleeve is equipped with two push on connections which are suitable for an outer diameter of the pipes to be connected from 76,1 mm. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing EPDM ring provides a temporary gasket, so that the push-on sleeve can be welded under a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 420 mm.
