Schuck welding sleeve SMU DN100 108.0 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeves ensure that pipe ends can be connected reliably and permanently in gas pipeline systems. Once the self-sealing sleeve is applied to the pipe ends and is welded, it ensures a strong, leak-free and permanent connection. This guarantees a strong connection that can withstand high loads and pressure.

Product Features

This SMU sleeve is equipped with two push on connections which are suitable for an outer diameter of the pipes to be connected from 108 mm. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. A self-sealing EPDM ring provides a temporary gasket, allowing the push-on sleeve to be welded at a reduced pressure of 1 bar. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 500 mm.
