Schuck welding sleeve SMU DN200 216.0 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeve offers a reliable and durable solution for connecting pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends, and after welding, a strong, leak-free and permanent connection is created. This ensures that the gas pipeline can withstand high pressures and loads.

Product Features

This SMU sleeve is equipped with two push on connections which are suitable for an outer diameter of the pipes to be connected from 216 mm. The sleeve is made of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing EPDM ring allows the push-on sleeve to be welded at a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar because it provides a temporary gasket. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 500 mm.
