Schuck welding sleeve SMU DN300 318.0 mm

With the Schuck push-on sleeves, pipe ends can be connected reliably and permanently in gas pipeline systems. After welding, the sleeve seals the pipe ends securely, preventing leaks and ensuring a permanent connection. This connection can withstand high pressures and loads.

Product Features

This SMU sleeve is equipped with two push on connections which are suitable for an outer diameter of the pipes to be connected from 318 mm. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing ring of EPDM creates a temporary gasket which allows the push-on sleeve to be welded under a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar. This minimizes downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 500 mm.
