Schuck welding sleeve SMU-K DN050 60.3 mm

The Schuck push-on sleeve offers a reliable and durable solution for connecting pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends, and after welding, a strong, leak-free and permanent connection is created. This ensures that the gas pipeline can withstand high pressures and loads.

Product Features

This SMU-K sleeve is equipped with an 60,3 mm push on connection on one side and an end cap on the other side. It has a solid construction of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. The self-sealing ring of EPDM creates a temporary gasket which allows the push-on sleeve to be welded under a reduced pressure of up to 1 bar. This minimizes downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 160 mm.
