The Schuck push-on sleeve offers a reliable and durable solution for connecting pipe ends in gas pipeline systems. The self-sealing sleeve is simply pushed over the pipe ends, and after welding, a strong, leak-free and permanent connection is created. This ensures that the gas pipeline can withstand high pressures and loads.

Product Features

This SMU-K sleeve is equipped with an 168,3 mm push on connection on one side and an end cap on the other side. The sleeve is made of koolstofstaal and is suitable for gas up to PN 16. A self-sealing EPDM ring provides a temporary gasket, allowing the push-on sleeve to be welded at a reduced pressure of 1 bar. This ensures minimal downtime of the gas pipeline. The total length of the welding sleeve is 265 mm.
